Work with the Lunar Cycle for Magic, Transmutation, and Manifestation. 

Soma follows the rhythm of the lunar cycle, and so does our work together. Each month unfolds like a season—setting intentions, taking action, shedding what no longer fits, and beginning again. This rhythm already lives inside your body. In Soma, we learn to work with it intentionally, alchemizing our energy to support real, tangible transformation. Magic gets real here.

Here’s how it works:

  • Set your intention at the new moon 
  • Identify blockages at the waxing (growing) moon
  • Break through limitations at the full moon
  • Plant your seeds at the waning (shrinking) moon
  • Each week moves through the elemental wheel as you weave your vision into reality.

This is cyclical magic you can return to again and again — a rhythm for transformation that lives in your body and moves with the moon.

My journey with yoga began when I was 15, thanks to my mom, who introduced it as a path to healing. For the past decade, I’ve guided thousands of students around the world through yogic experiences that blend Kundalini with astrology, magic, and global mystic traditions. My work lives at the crossroads of self-mastery and radical self-acceptance — with room for laughter, messiness, and magic.
