You understand that the practices shared within Arcana SOMA may include:

• Kundalini Yoga and meditation

• Breathwork, mantra, and energetic kriyas

• Self-reflection, journaling, and ritual

• Esoteric and magical practices rooted in ancient mysticism

• Tarot or intuitive inquiry

• Guided solo sexual or sensual exploration intended to support self-healing and empowerment

These experiences can be intense and transformative. You are responsible for choosing how deeply to engage and for integrating practices in a way that honors your body and nervous system.

2. Not Medical or Psychological Advice

The content offered in Arcana SOMA is for educational and spiritual growth purposes only. It is not a substitute for licensed medical, psychiatric, or psychological care.

You acknowledge that:

• ARCANA and its facilitators are not acting as medical doctors, psychologists, or licensed health professionals.

• If you are under the care of a mental health provider or taking medications that impact your nervous system, you should consult your provider before engaging in any program practices.

• You are responsible for determining whether this program is appropriate for you.

3. Liability Waiver

You hereby release, waive, and discharge ARCANA, its founder, guest facilitators, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action that may arise from your participation in Arcana SOMA. This includes but is not limited to:

• Physical injury sustained during yoga, breathwork, or movement practices

• Emotional or psychological experiences that arise during or after rituals, meditations, or explorations

• Misuse or misinterpretation of suggested magical or spiritual techniques

• Any discomfort, confusion, or intensity during solo sexual healing practices

You participate at your own risk and agree to hold ARCANA harmless for any outcomes that arise from your experience.

4. Consent and Boundaries

This program may include guided solo practices that explore themes of sensuality, eros, and body connection. These practices are optional. By engaging with them, you affirm that:

• You are over the age of 18

• You are choosing to engage in self-touch or sensual exploration consensually, in a private and safe environment

• You are responsible for establishing your own boundaries and for practicing in ways that feel safe and nourishing

ARCANA does not offer or endorse any form of non-consensual or externally directed sexual activity. All exploration is self-guided and rooted in reclaiming agency, body wisdom, and inner sovereignty.

5. Confidentiality and Community Respect

If participating in live classes, group chats, or forums, you agree to uphold a sacred and respectful space for all members. This includes:

• Maintaining confidentiality of others’ shares

• Avoiding judgmental, shaming, or inappropriate comments

• Honoring diverse lived experiences, identities, and boundaries

Any violation of this agreement may result in removal from the program without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided through Arcana SOMA — including videos, audio, PDFs, and class materials — is the intellectual property of ARCANA and may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

7. Refund and Cancellation Policy
