By enrolling in ARCANA SURYA, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms are designed to protect your safety and well-being, maintain the integrity of this container, and clarify the nature of this work.

1. Participation and Responsibility

By joining this program, you confirm that you are participating voluntarily and are solely responsible for your own physical, mental, emotional, and energetic well-being throughout the experience. You agree to listen to your body, honor your boundaries, and seek professional support as needed.

You understand that the practices shared within ARCANA SURYA may include:

• Kundalini Yoga and meditation

• Breathwork, mantra, and energetic kriyas

• Self-reflection, journaling, and ritual

• Teachings rooted in ancient mysticism and spiritual tradition

These practices can be intense and transformative. You are responsible for choosing how deeply to engage and for integrating practices in a way that honors your body and nervous system.

2. Health and Safety Disclaimer

Yoga, breathwork, and movement practices involve physical exertion and carry inherent risks, including injury. By participating, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

• It is your responsibility to ensure that you are physically able to participate in this program.

• If you have any pre-existing medical conditions — including but not limited to cardiovascular issues, respiratory conditions, injuries, or pregnancy — you agree to consult with a qualified healthcare provider before participating.

• You are responsible for modifying or discontinuing any practice that does not feel safe or appropriate for you.

• If you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or any adverse physical or emotional reaction, you agree to stop immediately and seek medical attention as needed.

3. Age Requirement

Participation in ARCANA SURYA is limited to individuals 18 years of age or older. By enrolling, you affirm that you meet this requirement.

4. Not Medical or Psychological Advice

The content offered in ARCANA SURYA is for educational and spiritual growth purposes only. It is not a substitute for licensed medical, psychiatric, or psychological care.

You acknowledge that:

• ARCANA and its facilitators are not acting as medical doctors, psychologists, or licensed health professionals.

• If you are under the care of a healthcare provider or taking medications that impact your physical or mental health, you should consult them before engaging in any program practices.

• You are responsible for determining whether this program is appropriate for you.

5. Liability Waiver

You hereby release, waive, and discharge ARCANA, its founder, guest facilitators, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action that may arise from your participation in ARCANA SURYA. This includes but is not limited to:

• Physical injury sustained during yoga, breathwork, or movement practices

• Emotional or psychological experiences that arise during or after meditations, kriyas, or rituals

• Misuse or misinterpretation of suggested spiritual or mystical techniques

You participate at your own risk and agree to hold ARCANA harmless for any outcomes that arise from your experience.

6. Consent to Recording and Use of Media

By participating in live classes, workshops, or community events hosted via Zoom or other platforms, you consent to the session being recorded. These recordings may be used for:

• Class replays and educational access for other members

• Archival, training, and quality purposes

If you do not wish to appear in a recording, you may keep your camera off and refrain from speaking during the session. By attending a live session, you acknowledge and accept that your participation may be recorded and shared within the SURYA membership platform.

7. Community Conduct and Confidentiality

If participating in live classes, group chats, or forums, you agree to uphold a respectful and supportive space for all members. This includes:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of others’ shares

• Avoiding judgmental, shaming, or inappropriate comments

• Honoring diverse lived experiences, identities, and boundaries

Any violation of this agreement may result in removal from the program without refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All content provided through ARCANA SURYA — including videos, audio, PDFs, written materials, class replays, and live session content — is the intellectual property of ARCANA and may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.

9. Payment, Auto-Renewal, and Cancellation

By enrolling in ARCANA SURYA, you authorize ARCANA to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis according to your chosen subscription plan.

• Your membership will automatically renew each billing cycle unless you cancel prior to the renewal date.

• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

• Due to the digital and immersive nature of this program, no refunds will be provided once the program has begun. Please purchase mindfully.

10. Technology and Platform Disclaimer

ARCANA is not responsible for interruptions, delays, or technical issues beyond our control, including those related to your internet connection, device, or third-party platforms such as Zoom or Kajabi.

ARCANA reserves the right to modify class schedules, program content, features, and Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida, USA, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

13. Agreement

By enrolling in ARCANA SURYA, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. Your continued participation indicates your ongoing consent to these terms.
