SOMA in sanskrit refers to the lunar energy, that which fills our body and mind with nourishment and gives us a sense of inner peace and bliss. It is associated with the sacred feminine, the life-giving energy. 

Andrea Racko is a spiritual counselor to thousands around the globe. She has been an empath, medium, and psychic since childhood. She has been a student and teacher of the magical arts for over 25 years - occult, magic, mysteries, and wisdom.

Each week, you’ll have access to:

• Two 90-minute live yoga classes on Mondays and Wednesdays at 5:30pm PT. The yoga class on Wednesday will be followed by a 30-minute community circle + check-in

• One 90-minute theory class on Thursdays at 7:00pm PT.

(All classes are recorded and available on-demand if you can’t attend live.)

Each lunar cycle also includes:

• One longer weekend workshop (2.5–3.5 hours)

• Live rituals on both the Full Moon and New Moon

Class times may occasionally shift, but you’ll always receive plenty of notice in advance.

You’ll have full access to all content — including class replays, practices, and resources — for the duration of the lunar cycle you're enrolled in. This keeps the work fresh, focused, and aligned with the energetic arc of the cycle.

Live attendance is encouraged for the most immersive and energetically potent experience — there’s something powerful about being in the space together, moving through the work as a collective. That said, we know life happens. Replays will be available for the full duration of the lunar cycle, so you can revisit or catch up on your own time.

Yes! As part of your Soma experience, you’ll receive access to our private community platform — a space to connect, share, and grow alongside others on the path. In addition to the larger collective, you’ll also be placed in a small group of 3–4 students for more intimate support, reflection, and accountability throughout your transformation.
